Which program will add value to a Commerce Graduate working as an accountant for two years

Dear Tenzin, Better you go for MBA, and select your specialization maturely. B com is not enough to make a good career. you will have to go for a proper masters degree. Start preparing for CAT MAT etc so as to get the top institutes or universities in your hands.

I think you should do M.Com as it would help you technically in your work. Doing MBA is another option for you with specialization in Finance. And if you cannot leave your work then you can do MBA through distance education and keep doing your job simultaneously.
