Which program will add value to a Diploma in Civil Engineering

Dear Sir, I Have completed my Diploma in Civil Engineering. On the basis of my diploma I cleared DOEACC B Level Course equivalent to MCA. After that when I applied for the job, I could not get any job other than lab assistant. Now I have completed my AMIE in Computer Science Whaat should I do next
