Which program will add value to a graduate working with the financial sector for 13 years

Dear All,\nHi \nI have done my graduation in 1991 & i haved around 13 yrs, job exp . in financial sector.,My current assignment is as Area Head in Religare , but i feel a gap of professional edu. in my career. How can i improve myself with cat. 1 or 2 professional corses ? pls.
