Which program will add value to a PGDM (IT & MKTG) with BCA

I am Post graduate ( PGDM-IT & Marketing) - 2010. with BCA background, Now i m in Hyderabad, I want job in IT. I think about SAP, but my programming is bad, so I am also thinking about DBA, course. Sir I am very frustrated now, I also want an good paying job, with growth, which course will help me?

Dear Shivaditya If you are not good inprogramming, you can go sales/ Bsuiness Development job on the basis of your qualification It is a well paid job
