Which program will add value to an undergraduate having done his diploma in office automation and graphics

right now i m in hongkong so is it possible to do any of the course? if yes than suggest me the suitable course.bcz i m an undergraduate(left SYBCOM in sept.2002) & i hav done a diploma in office automation & graphics.
