Which program will be ideal for a person wanting to start his private workshop for car servicing

sir, i want to open a private workshop ,that will be a car building starting from internal ie. engine,gearbox etc, external ie painting, body building . according to you what will be the best course for me to take and name of the institude.I will always remain happy if you do reply me.
