Which program will help a banker shift his career to Banking Information Technology Enabled Services

Hi, I am Anand Iyer, have completed M.Com, MFM, JAIIB, CAIIB and CTF (Trade Finance). I am working for a Bank. Now I wish to pursue my career in Banking Information Technology Enabled Services specializing in ATM or Channel transactions. Can anyone please advice.
