Which program will help a commerce graduate start his career on a firm ground

Hi,\nI have completed my B.com from Pune University And now i am pursuing for German Language Diploma from max Muller Bhavan. I want to do additional course which will help me for getting job at international level. So can you please suggest me some short term courses which help me for getting job?
