don't insert/degrade yourself by comparing others,there is no age limit to have good education.be confident and do some correspondence degree course where you can even take master degree also.more than all this work experience and performance in present job is very much important.

try to do an engineering course... if it is not possible learn some additional languages and improve ur computer knowledge. u can do any online certification courses too. it will be really helpful

Dear Girish, As you have completed your Diploma in IT, its better to stay in same Industry. Then too on other part try to find out the sector in which you are interested.

you have to go for Btech if you do diploma you can take directly admmision in 2nd year
