Which programming languages should I learn to become a web developer? I am a commerce graduate from Delhi University.

HTML and CSS are the two most basic web development languages used to build nearly all web pages on the Internet. JavaScript and ActionScript are the two most commonly used client-side scripting languages. Java, PHP, Python etc. are most common server-side scripting languages.
