Which programs can a B.Sc (IT) look at to enhance his career prospects

You can opt for either of the courses depending on your interest, however as per your education background,

BITS Pilani is definitely very reputed and also gives good education. You choice of the subject should depend upon the kind of career you want to have. If you are intent on doing from BITS Pilani then choose a technical stream and not MBA, that is my advice to you Jay.

i guess MS from Bits Pillani is the best choice... Doing MBA wont furnish ur programming skills... n MCA is also gud bt as far as career is concerned MS wil b the best choice...
