CRL ranks are considered for the cut-offs but the cut off for different categories are different. Like OBC NCL cut off will be different than applicants who are of general category. General Category might geet cut-off at 98k CRL rank whereas OBC NCL category will get cut-off at 1.5lakh CRL rank. The
