Which rank is considered valid for taking admission in colleges through MHT-CET, state rank or university rank?

State rank is considered while taking admission in colleges through MHTCET in government autonomous, private autonomous colleges but in non-autonomous colleges, if you are from home university, they may consider the university rank.
