Which rank of mine will be considered for general counselling? If I'm unable to get into a college in general counselling, will I be able to
get into a good college in the SCA TO SC round, also what is the process to participate in both the rounds mentioned for me? (My tnea general rank is 106072 and community rank is 10162, 133.5 cutoff, SC candidate.)
