For DTU (Delhi Technological University) and NSIT/NSUT admissions through JEE Main:

All India General (CRL) Rank is considered for General category seats.
All India OBC-NCL Rank is considered for OBC category seats.

All Institutions in India have to follow rules of government about quota for different categories. In your case, I feel they will have to admit you under OBC category with AIR of OBC.
