For the IITs, only rank scored in the JEE Advanced will be considered, and for all the other colleges, JEE Mains rank will be considered.

There will be some cut-off for particular IIT's and NIT's. And there will be no separate rank like that and it won't consider your 12th score. The main thing is the cut-off marks.

No, there won't be any separate rank for IITs they will consider the JEE Advanced rank and for nits and IIITs they will consider you JEE Mains rank. Apart from this, they will not consider anything. Hope this cleared up.
    Good luck.
