Which reputed engineering college can I get if my score in JEE Mains is 46?

I am expecting 70 percent marks in my HSC boards. I belong to OBC category and can spend 1 lakh rupees as donation. I want opt CSE branch but ECE is fine too. I am considering considering KIIT, Manipal and BMS, Bangalore etc.

As if you are in OBC you have the chances to get CSE or ENTC in good reputed college
