if you score upto 98.5 percentile you get iit between 90-98 nits
85-90 bits pilani,bit mesra
70-80 there are many other college which conduct m.tech

Sit for GAte and according to ur score u will get good universities best are IISE Bnaglore, IITS and some top ranked NITS
