Which reputed universities can an H.S.C. student look at for completing his degree

hi, i am 25yrs old. i completed my 12th now i want to study any degree through distance learning.plz suggest which course and university are better.

hi u didnt mention which group in inter...on tht base u have to join in degree course..also u can do CA along degree base

BSc CS from IGNOU or Sikkim Manipal University is the best Regards Ram
