Which round of COMEDK counselling has better chances of getting a good college: Round 1 or Round 2?

Hi,
If you are having a good rank then 1st round is better, however, most of the colleges lower their cutoff in 2nd round of counselling of COMEDK so better go for 2nd round as it will fetch you better colleges.
