Which round of COMEDK counselling is better between 1st and 2nd?

Hi there, Obviously, 2nd round is better, as the college cutoffs are low and you can easily get good colleges in 2nd round. Hope you got your answer.

That depends on your rank. If you have a rank above 5k, then you have to go for all the rounds.
