Hello Aakriti, The best MBA programs require work experience before enrolling students. A very good GMAT score is also required. I am not sure if you are fit for an MBA program right now with this profile. Alternate option is to check for MS Management. Regarding for finance look for educational l

There is no specific requirement as such. Will depend on your own career plans, on what area you want to specialise in. Look for a job where you can be innovative, where you can show leadership skills etc as these are basic qualities B-Schools look for in an applicant.
