Which score does college consider if I pursue MBA after completing M.Com: graduation or PG?

Only graduation marks will be considered.

I have less than 50% in graduation and I am expecting to score around 575 marks in MAT exam. Can I get admission in Manipal University or any other college to pursue MBA?
