Which short cooking courses can I do along with my engineering which will also add weightage to my resume?

Cooking courses won't boost your engineering resume unless you are pursuing Food Technology. Even then, it won't specifically matter. If you are planning to pursue Hotel Management then it might come handy otherwise pursue if you want a hobby.
