    CISCO or Linux Admin or Windows Admin or cloud certifications will be value add with your ECE degree for improve your job opportunities.

    If you are interested in computers, then I will strongly suggest you to take admission in a good college for the BCA programme. It is quite similar to the B.Tech because the good college provide good education and you will be having the same books for the BCA programme. Student studying in B.Tech computer Science or also having the same books so you both can take help from each other.
