Hi Arpitha, You may check PG Diploma courses or Graduate certificate programs which are of 1 year. Certificate courses for 6 months or so are also available. However short term programs are not easy to find in Germany. Now the question 'which course' is something you must know. You have done your

Thanks for your suggestion, I have worked as a guest lecturer for a year and it's been 3 years since I left my job and do I want to start up my career in HR so I have decided to do some short course abroad which is suitable for my qualification, please give me some information on that.
