Which short term course should I do in USA by which I can easily get a job in USA? I've completed my engineering in computer science.

Hi Megha,
This will depend on the 'job' you want to do whether you want to do computer related work or serve tables at food joints. So, my advice would be to know figure out your exact career plans. Secondly, be aware of the employment trends in US, you would be requiring an employer to sponsor your H1B visa, its not easy with a short term course.
