Which short term course should I pursue after B.Com? Which are the good institutes to pursue the same?

I completed BCom (Honours) in commerce and plan to pursue a masters degree abroad, but most require 16 years of education. Is there any 1-year masters programme that can be pursued to fulfill this particular gap? Which universities offer those? (In the lines of commerce, economics, business, laws)
