You can join digital marketing and business analytics as free courses from Coursera, EDX and Udemy as they have massive amount of rich content and certification.

Go for Data Science. Data Science is one of the hottest and most trending short-term job-oriented courses of this decade. Data Science is the study of extracting meaningful information from a large chunk of raw data. 80% of this meaningful information is used by enterprises, which is why a data scientist is paid more than an average IT employee.
