Which short term course should I pursue for better job prospects?

I have done my B.E in telecommunication in mangalore. my aggregate is 73.38% .Which is the short term course i can do with greater job opportunities. I m confused whether to select software or networking course. can u plz help me

    Networking will not help you. Please think of doing some some software course in Automation.
