Which short term course should I pursue in networking and programming? Which are the good institutes to pursue the same?
I have completed my BE in 2014 in CSE branch and then I have taken 2 years drop for GATe, but I was not successful. Currently I am in Delhi.

You are recommended to undergo training to get CCNA certification to start career in networking. As you are BE CSE, you are recommended to go for Java certifications to seek career as Software Engineer.
