Which short-term courses are better after BCA? I don't want to go for MBA or MCA & want to go for distance learning not regular.

If I will answer your first question now then I would advise to pick either of the following course/certification.
Cloud Computing (AWS and Azure)
Python, Json
AI
IoT
Big Data
No SQL
DBA
CCNA
Cyber Security
Devops
Linux Basic
Docker container
Apart from above, you can still pursue MCA /MBA by distance education mode.
