Both the degrees have their own benefits. I would like you to do M.Tech because majority of people now a days are opting for MBA rather than M.Tech.

If you want to study more in your domain, you can go for M.Tech. Otherwise, you can choose MBA.

It depends on you, whether you want to pursue your career in more of a technical work or get into management. For specializing in a technical degree, go for M.Tech and for management, you can go for MBA.
There are many specializations in which you can do M.Tech after completing your B.Tech in civil engineering like:
    1. Environmental engineering.
    2. Structural engineering with specialization in offshore structures.
    3. Pipeline engineering.
    4. Computational fluid dynamics.
My personal choice is structural engineering as it has very good career prospects and job opportunities. To pursue this specialization you can go for NIT - Calicut or UPES -

According to me, you should pursue MBA. Study civil engineering as it has huge scope in India or abroad.
