Which should I prefer: Fashion Designing or fashion Management? Why?

    Hi dear!
    I think if you want to choose the right course for yourself, do a detailed study of the jobs which people get after completion of these courses. I would suggest to talk to the people and try to understand what they actually do while working as a fashion designer or a fashion merchandiser. And then analyze whether the profile makes you excited to work or not. The other way is to analyze yourself what is your strong point. That means if you are good in managing and dealing with people, then go for management course otherwise if you have a creative mind and love to try hands-on experimenting with new things then surely fashion des

    Hi,
    It is all up to you that what you are interested in.
    But according to the industry demand, fashion management is more valuable than fashion designing. On an average, a fashion designing pass out student get a starting salary package of 3 Lacs per annum, while a fashion management student gets an average salary of 5 Lacs.
    So clearly, you should go for fashion management.
