Dear Aspirant, Both Thapar University and LPU are good private universities in India. Coming to the B.Tech, I can only share the details of B.Tech at LPU with you as I have completed my M.Tech at LPU and my many friends did B.Tech at LPU. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself.
