Please share more details about your education. If you have graduated from a non-engineering background then you must take courses for Java, DotNet, Database Management etc. You can also take certification courses on Coursera or EdX. Apart from this, you can also learn programming via YouTube videos. -
There are many courses around I.e. Java, PHP, Asp.net. But I would recommend Java and PHP because they are the future. Also, if you are new then before get into any course, learn C++ -
If you are studying programming from basically like c, c+, etc. you need to practice it. Just take some more additional help from your experienced teachers for any type of queries. One more thing- Take more effort to become a smart developer & for MNCs, you can complete your course in Java, .net, Android, etc.
