Which specialisation has better future scope for a girl: marketing, finance HR and IB?

Hi there, First of all, remove this approach of choosing a specialisation in career for a girl or a boy. Both have equal opportunities & prospects, its not a gender biased selection. There are lot many specializations today but first decide about your career priorities where or which companies you are aiming for, depending on you can choose. Every specialisation has its own selective jobs and categories. So if you an outspoken and want to have information of various places in terms of products, organisation, strategies etc. Finance or marketing is best suited along with IB which gives you information beyond the national boundaries. Hr is also good as it deals with people so if you think you can work with various kinds of people having good or bad approaches this field is best. People skills are most important here. Finally, it depends upon you. MBA in any specialisation is good in my view.
