Hi Anusha,
After B.Tech, it is better to go for MBA (SCM/ Operations). If you are taking MBA IT, then it has 2 type of job profile.
1. Sales of software to various corporate.
2. Managing software team workforce.

MBA deals with managing the things in our daily life. MBA wont deal with any of the technology based knowledge. It is different branch from the engineering and it will help you to get good exposure.
