All the specialisation are good. You should choose the specialisation which you like.

You have to choose your electives on your future plans.

sitting job wud mean profiles into anakytics, research and finance. So Mba jn finance, IT and HR suits u best.

You can look for unique specialisation like Business innovation & strategy; Media Innovation etc.

Best specialization based on market condition is Marketing. However based on your preference for desk job you may choose either Finance or IT specialization.

HR is a people intensive job and it may not fit your requirement of desk job. Otherwise it's a good career option.
