in mba finance you need to study finance papers in the final year of the mba such as international finance and accounting , taxation , finance service , cost and management accounting , financial management , principle of investment management whereas in mba hr you need to study the basic concepts of human resource management which is concerned with the recruitment of the candidates in the company. choice is yours . you can get best placement in mba hr and mba finance if you do it from top business school in India.

If you are commerce graduate then you should go for MBA in finance as it will give you a good career option. Otherwise go for MBA HR. For you MBA in HR or Finance both will be beneficial. You can easily get placement in any of them. Look for your interest area and choose accordingly.
