Which specialisation should I opt for in B.Tech as I want to take AFCAT?

You will have to pursue aeronautical engineering in either electronics or mechanical stream as these are the only two eligible branches for taking up AFCAT.

@Riya the answer I have mentioned was basically for ground duty (tech). For that you need to have Aeronautical Engineering. Yes, if the joining is for Flying Squad then it can be from any branch.
