    Hi Ketan,
If you like sales, then you can choose marketing as your job profile will be target oriented. I would suggest you not to choose HR through MAT. Initially, HR gets low salary. Before taking admission, you can check the job sustainability/ secured job profile.

I will suggest you do MBA in HR or Marketing specializations. The degree programme in Maters in Business Administration is one of the most jobs provider educational degree course in the world. If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into Iims or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 37 as per the NIRF ranking 2021. I recommend that you pursue an MBA with a specialty in human resources or marketing. The Master in Business Administration degree programme is one of the most popular educational degree programmes in the world. If you don't want to go to LPU for your MBA, make sure you apply to Iims or one of India's designated government business schools. Furthermore, I recommend that you review the NIRF B-School rankings for 2020 and make plans appropriately. According to the NIRF ranking 2021, LPU is placed at 37. Furthermore, spending more money on institutions has little to do with educational quality. It has to do with the infrastructure's qualit
