    There is no single specialization that guarantees providing a high salary package. Only one's interest, required skills and the brand name of the B-school will decide a person bagging a good package or not. Having said, the top five MBA specializations students generally opt for every year are: Finance, Marketing, HR, Information Technology and International Business.     For higher salaries, specialization doesn't matter, institution does. So decide your specialization first and target that specialization's flagship institution for higher packages.
