MBA is such a reliable PG degree which has a wide scope. It depends upon your area of interest as to in which field you would like to go for any specialisation. For instance, MBA can be done in HR, IT, Hotel Management, Travel and Tourism, Finance, Event Management and PR and so on. I

The core courses in an MBA programme cover various areas of business such as accounting, applied statistics, business communication, business ethics, business law, finance, managerial economics, management, marketing and operations in a manner most relevant to manage

There are various courses in MBA, but you should select the one in which you are interested. But, while talking about the placements, I think marketing has the highest placement ratio when compared with other.
