Which specialisation should I opt in BBA?

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a three year Bachelor's degree in commerce and business administration. Syllabus of BBA degree programme usually includes general courses in all functional aspects of business and electives courses for specific functional specialisation such as finance, marketing, HR, IT, etc. In addition, some universities offer sector specific specialisation in retail, banking, insurance, healthcare, travel and transportation, SCM, etc. BBA is a job oriented program which prepares you for supervisory roles in various kind of industries. If you are planning to study until BBA then you can choose any of the specialisation based on your interest. But if your aim is MBA then it is advised that you do generic BBA. Based on your understanding, then you can choose your specialisation in MBA degree. Most common BBA specialisations are marketing and retail based on market trend and availability of jobs in the market. With 4 to 6 years experience, you can grow and get a managerial role. If you want to start your career as a manager then you may have to do MBA after BBA.
