    Hello Dexter,
The best in India are all IIMs, FM'S Delhi, ISB Hyderabad, XLRI, etc. whereas abroad the list could be long as there are various countries. Here are the top 50, with fee and country.

MBA in operation or system will be the best option for you to do, as there are no other specialization for you which will suit you.

What are your long term plans career plans? If you intend to return to India post-MBA, then USA and UK are the best countries. The quality of MBA education is best in the USA. The UK has a one year MBA program whereas, USA has a two-year MBA program. However, if you intend to settle abroad, then you need to pursue MBA in countries which have more student friendly policies like Canada/Australia. These countries have ample post-MBA opportunities for seeking permanent citizenship.
