    Hi,
You have a very nice score in UG, but with CMAT score there is very less chance of getting admission in good B-school. If you can, you should try for another attempt, with your academic score of 80% you should aim for 90% in CMAT. As of choosing specialization, you should go for your interest. Every field gives you immense opportunity but you will enjoy the work in which you are interested. Take a long term view and decide.

It depends on your interest. You can opt for any specialization, but if you belong to commerce background, then opt for finance.

All the specialisations have their own market value and demand.
Finance is one the best specialisation to opt in MBA. Many companies are recruiting finance candidates with good package.
Marketing is one of the key departments in a company. Without marketing, no company can survive.
The need of HR candidates is growing day by day because many employees are changing their organisation, so companies have to hire new employees in the place of the old ones.
I can suggest you some good MBA colleges which have good infrastructure and placement assistance:
    1. IIMs
    2. Management development institute, Gurgaon
    3. Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Ja
    ...more

It depends on your interest. Marketing and finance have a good scope, and you can easily get a good job. Whereas, HR requires some extra skills as it is a core part of an organization.
