That totally depends on your interest, skill set and long term goals. No particular specialisation can be good for every single individual. Had it been the case, every private institute would have offered that one specialisation only and every student would have opted for that same. MBA in Finance, Marketing and HR are very lucrative fields of specialisation. All these branches of MBA offer opportunities in various sectors and with exciting job opportunities. Although, choosing which field should you specialise in totally depends on your interests. Top private Universities name which offers engineering course :-

You can't say this stream is good as it depends on your interest. If I say finance and you don't have interest in financial sector that this line will be not good for you. So, I would suggest you pursuing management degree from the stream which interests more and from good college. I therefor ask you to check MITSOB Pune - http://www.mitsob.net/ to get your query answered.

All specialization are considered equally good. It is preferable to go with one that suits your interest.

Scope indirectly means Job availability. If you are looking at the current market, the job availability for marketing and finance are more as compare to the Operation, System and HR. But, that doesn't really matter make sure that you choose the field of your interest you will automatically perform well and get a good job in it.
