Which specialization has better chances to get a job in Pune among finance, marketing, HR, IT or operations?

You really cannot ascertain which company will give you job location where because it depends on their requirement every year but many companies like Syngenta Tata give job location for Pune. -
A particular job location can not be guaranteed based on any specialization. Once into MBA job location can be any place. Only if the organization wants can they give you an opening in Pune if there is requirement in that specific domain. -
It is not at all predictable. Your recruiting company will take that decision for you depending on its project location and your work in that project. Your specialization has no role to play as such in this things. Marketing people have to travel more comparatively for marketing purpose. On the other hand operations people has to stay near manufacturing unit as per needs of production. So, it's really not in our hands where you will be staying for your job.
