All specializations are worthy. My personal view, after completing B.Com you should go for MBA - Finance (if you have interest in financial sector). Marketing field also has huge opportunity.

All specializations are good. We should take care to ensure that we choose a specialization which matches our skill sets. If you have a passion for I.T. you should look at doing your MBA in IT from a reputed B School.
